Rare little late 18th.c. oak North Wales cupboard dresser base c.1760. Unusual size, being just 53″ wide. The thin applied door panels with ogee shaped top corners are typical of antique furniture produced around the Conwy valley market town of Llanrwst in the second half of the 18th. century. Three plank top with moulded edge and plate stand. Oak panelled sides, thick solid oak floor and backboards. Fitted with a single half depth shelf inside. Some earlier repairs and restorations, later locks and brass ware, otherwise very good condition with excellent colour and patina. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
