A lovely oak bookcase. We date this bookcase to the early 20th century.

The bookcase sits on two bun feet to the front, two square section legs to the rear and has a small rear gallery fitted at the top.

The bookcase is fitted with two glazed panel doors, the right hand door is fitted with a lock (key is supplied), the left hand side has a top and bottom catch. Internally there are three adjustable wooden shelves.

The bookcase has an overall height of 44" (101cm), a width of 25.5” (65cm) at the feet, and a depth of 11.5" (29cm) at the feet.

The shelves have a depth of 8.5” (22cm).

This lovely bookcase remains in a good solid condition with surface markings commensurate with age and usage.

This remains a very stylish bookcase. It could house a good sized collection of books etc. and will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
