Small 4ft Welsh Pine Box Settle
A beautiful early 19thC Welsh pine box settle or rare and desirable small size. With full provenance from the Ship Inn Solva in West Pembrokeshire.
Well made from good quality wide pine planks throughout and standing on robust Welsh oak sled feet, a design feature unique to the box settles of Pembrokeshire.
In exceptional condition with superb colour and comfortable proportions it is a perfect example of its type and one of the nicest we have seen.
Height 4ft 1” = 124cm. Width 4ft 2” = 127cm. Seat Height 19.5” = 47cm. Seat Depth 15” = 38cm.
Max depth front to back 20.5” = 52cm
