A set 6 + 2 mahogany dining chairs with an acanthus leaf carving in the back. The square section front legs terminate in stylised spade feet and have “H” underframes making them a good strong chair. The chairs have drop-in seats with and have all been traditionally reupholstered using horse hair. Shoolbred were one of the top London antique furniture makers in Victorian times. Circa 1880
