A charming pair of shardware plates with fragments of late 19th century pottery pushed into dark stained putty with tin plate backing. There are some wonderful fragments of willow pattern and spongeware and fragments of a coronation cup featuring King Edward VII helping date these pieces to around 1910. Broken Britain. A little damage to the rim of one, see photos.
