A superb example of the top quality Art and Craft antique furniture Shapland and Petter produced at the turn of the century This bureau is very well constructed with a marquetry panel and very nice copper strapwork. The interior of the bureau contains lots of useful compartments and two drawers A similar bureau is featured on the cover of Daryl Bennetts excellent book about Shapland and Petter. Locks are stamped ,are working and keys are present. The bureau is in Excellent original condition,having been throughly and carefully cleaned and finished with a wax polish . The number 141 is stamped on the rear . the price quoted includes personal delivery to UK mainland We have our own transport and are able to deliver our own stock throughout the UK.
