These are an excellent set of dining chairs. The dining chairs are made in Mahogany and date to around 1800. There are six dining chairs in all, two carvers and four chairs. There is real period quality in these chairs. Look at the broad shaped backs. Look at the turnings to the legs, mid rail and arm supports. It is beautiful. The chairs have swept back legs and drop in seats. These are large chairs and solid.

The chairs are in very good condition. The mahogany is well polished. The joints are solid. Old repairs as you would expect in period chairs but nothing to distract. The chairs have drop in seats. They are covered in an old Regency stripe material that has seen better days but as these are drop in seats and it is only a matter of tacking over a material in keeping with your own colour scheme, we have left them as they are. They do require a new covering though!

This is a beautiful set of Georgian chairs with wide seats and the simple elegance of their period. They are ready to go in to your home.

The chairs are 34 inches high at the backs and the seats are 17 inches high and 19 inches wide and it is 23 inches from outside arm to outside arm on the carvers.
