Set Of Six Victorian Mahogany Dining Chairs

A lovely set of six dining chairs. We date these dining chairs to around the mid 19th century.
The chairs sit on two square section legs at the front and two oblong section backwards splayed legs at the rear.
The backrests feature attractive carved detail and the seat pads are padded and have been newly upholstered in a green heavy woven fabric.
The chairs are 33.5" (85cm) high with a backrest height of 16" (40cm), a seat height of 17.5" (45cm), a width of 19.5" (50cm) and a seat depth of 15.5" (40cm).
This lovely set of dining chairs remains in very good solid condition with only very minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There are a couple of small old repairs and minor wear to some edges.
This remains a very stylish and elegant set of dining chairs. They will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
