A rare set of six matching early 18th century , English oak dining chairs .
This set includes two delightful armchairs.
The chairs date to circa 1700 Slatted backs with shaped top rail and boarded seats on block turned legs with turned stretchers. Lovely warm colour and patina . These charming chairs are sturdy & capable of being used on a daily basis . Showing usual signs of repairs / additions completely acceptable for chairs that have survived over 300 years of use !
4 x chairs - 95cm high x 48cm width x 37cm depth .
2 x armchairs 95cm high x 51.5cm width x 37cm depth .
