A good set of 8 19thC oak chairs. These have good detailing in the backs and a slightly taller than normal back. Seats would be better reupholstered without the buttoning as this makes them a bit uncomfortable, they have been unpicked in places for rejointing hence they look a bit untidy. They have a good turned leg and will look very impressive when finished. The price includes any repairs which may be needed and a full re French polish. Also included is the considerable cost of the reupholstery, but this does not include about 4m of fabric of choice, assuming a plain or small pattern is selected.
