Set of 8 Hepplewhite Style Dining Chairs set of 8 mahogany Hepplewhite style %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
Circa 1930, set of 8 (6 + 2) mahogany Hepplewhite style dining chairs, with a narrow carved and ribbed top splat above 2 straps and a zigzag patterned open fretwork centre. The armchairs have solid arms held in position by turned uprights. All the chairs have drop in seats covered in vibrant red leather. Standing on square tapering legs at the front and splayed legs at the back united by an H stretcher. Good condition.
