The set has two carver chairs and four singles, the seats and backs are covered in heavy quality Brown Hide and the backs of the seats are studded with large brass studs.
I think that the leather is original, it is delightfully shabby but in remarkably good condition, it is slightly worn note the ends of the arms of the carver chairs but other wise it is still quite soft and not cracked or split
The chairs are in very good sound condition, no wood worm , no loose joints or other faults
