Set of 6 Gothic Oak and Leather Dining Chairs
This is a good quality set of Cromwellian style chairs dating from 1890, the Oak frames have bobbin turned stretcher on the front and turned uprights
The set has two carver chairs and four singles, the seats and backs are covered in heavy quality Brown Hide and are studded with large brass studs.
The leather is original and very soft to the touch, there are very few signs of wear, no tears or rips, the chairs do have a country house slightly shabby look
The Carver Chairs are 38"(97cm)high at the back and 23" (59cm) wide, the other chairs are 35"(89cm) high at the back, 18" (46cm) wide and have a seat height of 19" (48cm)
