Antique quality set of 4 Victorian carved walnut (or similar show wood) dining chairs.

Great proportions and styling, with attractive wear and patination.

We have many sets of similar chairs that could be added to these to form a larger harlequin set.

Attractive carving / detailing.

Solid and heavy, with no loose joints.

The seats have recently been reupholstered in a very heavy weight upholstery fabric, with a natural, light cream/oatmeal colour.

Overall maximum dimensions

46cmW x 50cmD x 88cmH (40cmH seat when sat on).

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture of this age. Historical structural repairs, as is the norm, but all is solid now. Some historic, extinct woodworm that we have treated for good measure. Some wooden strengthening brackets have been added to the seat corners (hidden under the seats).
