A very striking set of four 19th Century Japanese woodblock prints attributed to Kunisada who was renowned for painting actors in theatre productions and beautiful women. The condition of these woodblock prints is good, the colours are lovely and the attractive narrow gilt reeded frames are in excellent order. These prints are on 19th Century paper and there is minor wear to the edge of two of them and a very small amount of foxing these are not easily visible and do not detract from the appeal of these delightful Japanese prints.
