Antique set of 4 Victorian 19C carved walnut balloon back dining chairs.
A great rare find, with fantastic proportions and styling.
Lovely colour, age, patina and charm.
The chairs are solid with no loose joints.
No significant woodworm.
The upholstery is not new and has wear and marks.
Overall maximum dimensions
45cmW x 52cmD x 88cmH (43cmH seat when sat on).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture of this age. We have not inspected beneath the upholstery. There are some historical structural repairs, but all is strong and good now.
