A magnificent set of 4 antique Victorian Aesthetic Movement balloon back chairs in walnut. Really good quality examples with beautifully figured walnut frames, with inlay, stuff-over seats and shaped turned legs. The seats have been newly recovered in a gold coloured fabric over the existing upholstery which is in good condition. In good condition, good patina, very solid and sturdy, would make a wonderful set of dining chairs. Dating from circa 1880.

Very Good condition. Solid frames. Lovely age and patina to the walnut. Wear and marks commensurate with age. Newly recovered over existing upholstery which is sound.
