Antique quality set of 4 Regency (or possibly early Victorian) 19C bar back mahogany dining chairs with drop in seats.

A great rare find, with fantastic proportions and styling.

Lovely colour, age, patina and charm.

Solid and strong with no loose joints.

No significant woodworm.

The seats have recently been reupholstered in a natural, light cream/oatmeal coloured fabric.

Overall maximum dimensions

46cmW x 51cmD x 86cmH (46cmH seat when sat on).

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture of this age. We have not inspected beneath the upholstery. There is evidence of restoration and refinishing as one might expect.
