Antique set of 4 19C late Victorian mahogany balloon back dining chairs.

Lovely proportions and styling, with drop in seats.

Solid and heavy, with no loose joints.

Overall dimensions 470mmW x 520mmD x 890mmH (450mmH seat, when sat on).

Historic knocks, marks, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique dining chairs. Note that the upholstery is not new and has some light wear and marks. We have not inspected components concealed beneath the fabric. There is evidence of some structural repairs, although everything is good and solid now.
