An excellent burr walnut side, or serving, table of serpentine form in the queen Anne style. Very well made in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. The serpentine shaped top is cross banded, has a gadrooned border and an up-stand to the rear. There are two central drawers, flanked by a pair of end cupboards. All are cross banded and the cupboards are lockable (key supplied). Standing on long elegant cabriole legs in solid walnut. With carved decorations to the knees and terminating in ball and claw feet. This lovely table would sit well in many different room scenarios within the modern home. Offered for sale in excellent original condition with a nice mellow colour and patina.
