Royal Worcester candle snuffer or extinguisher modelled as Mrs Caudle. It has the green mark with date letter S for 1881. Mrs Caudle and her long-suffering husband were characters featured in "Punch" magazine in the mid 19th century. The condition of the snuffer is excellent in every way, no cracks, chips or restoration. It stands 2 3/4" tall to the top of her hat. (See details of Mr Caudle snuffer in my other stock items) I prefer payment by bank transfer, details on request.
