A quality fine bone china coffee set by Royal Doulton pattern reference H4927.
Comprises of a 6 cup and 4 cup coffee pots, milk jug, milk jug, sugar bowl, six demitasse coffee cans and saucers.
Each piece is beautifully hand painted with a fox in various poses, the body moulded in low relief.
The angular handles are modelled as a hunting crop with the braided lash curling around the base of each item and around the rims of the saucers.
The knobs of the coffee pots are finished in hunting 'pink' (scarlet).
Printed Royal Doulton marks in green with English Fine Bone China and pattern reference H4927 to the base of every item.

In excellent condition no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration and showing little signs of wear except for the larger coffee pot where there is a fine hairline near the base of the handle.
A rare set to find complete and in such good order. Please see pictures for full details
