A wonderfully romantic gift! This fully hallmarked antique 9 carat yellow gold locket is presented with a 20 inch fully hallmarked yellow gold necklace chain. This superb locket is ornamented romantic imagery. The front and back are adorned with acanthus leaves which have represented everlasting life since ancient times. The scroll symbolizes wisdom and direction. The locket and necklace are in super condition. The catches and hinges work perfectly. The original frames and portrait protectors are present.
