Regency Style Antique Apprentice Piece
Very fine Regency style apprentice chest of drawers constructed from a range of woods and demonstrating real craftsmanship . Lots of parquetry and shell inlay on top. Each hand made drawer is signed by the maker R M Theobald. It’s difficult to date the piece precisely as it may be a genuine Regency piece, but its condition and quality lead me to a later date of early 20th century during the Edwardian revival. 34cm tall, 25 wide 17 deep.
