This attractive mahogany armchair sits on two downward tapered turned legs to the front and two backward splayed square section legs to the rear.

The armrests have a shapely rounded front with a carved reeded design. The backrest has a wide curved top back bar with carved vertical spars. The chair seat pad has been newly upholstered in a green tartan fabric.

The chair has an overall height of 34" (86cm), an overall width of 22" (56cm), an overall depth of 22" (56cm), a backrest height of 15.5" (39cm), a seat height of 17.5" (45cm), a seat width of 18" (46cm) and seat depth of 19” (49cm).

The chair remains in a good condition with only very minor surface marks commensurate with age and usage, including some minor wear and indentations to some edges.

This remains a very stylish and elegant chair. It is very comfortable and supportive to sit on and will continue to provide rest and relaxation for many years to come.
