Antique large 2 leaf Regency / Victorian light mahogany pull out extending dining table approximately 8' x 3'11" when extended.
A lovely table dating from C1820 - 1840.
This is a quality table, that is full of age, charm and character.
Rare and attractive, the lovely light colour patinated top is in good order, with nothing unsightly.
Magnificent mellon fluted legs, terminating in period brass cup castors (some wear as one would expect).
A beautiful large table that is solid, strong and has no loose joints.
The mechanism works as it should.
No woodworm.
Would look amazing in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions: 118cmW x 245cmL (including two 59.5cm leaves) x 72cmH (59cmH knee hole).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. Later rotary table forks. Slight historic distortion (waviness) that greatly adds to the charm.
Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide strong able bodied persons for our driver to assist with carrying.
