Elegant Regency period mahogany chest of drawers c.1820. Solid single piece mahogany top over two short and three long drawers of graduated depth. Flanked on each side with faux columns topped with Egyptian inspired papyrus leaf capitals (a typical Regency era motif), large turned knobs and raised on a moulded and shaped plinth. Of superior quality in solid Cuban mahogany with cedar drawer linings. Excellent condition.
Dimensions: width 46″, depth 28½”, height 48½”.
