Rare George III Oak Spittoon Stool
A rare and rather pretty little George III Oak Spittoon Stool. A fine piece of superb quality and decorative octagonal form, featuring a cushioned leather top and ceramic castors. Unbelievably original right down to the hinge screws, with pretty tree imitation stoneware spittoon with only one small historic chip to the bottom edge.
In exceptional condition, sturdy and strong and with wonderful colour, grain and patina.
Diameter 11.5" = 29cm Height 9" = 23cm
