Queen Anne Walnut Chairs
A Good Pair of Queene Anne Walnut Side Chairs of warm colour and in fine condition, raised on cabriole legs & with vase shaped splats. The swept backs have the characteristic S shaped profile of the period. The splats and seat rails are veneered - a sign of quality - and the scrolled "ears" or brackets are typical of the later Queen Anne period. A turned stretcher ties the back legs. Circa 1715
