Here is an attractive and very good quality antique Queen Anne style figured walnut kidney shaped piecrust coffee table, circa 1920, in excellent condition.

Description:
Here is an attractive and very good quality antique English Queen Anne style figured walnut kidney shaped coffee table, circa 1920, in excellent condition. The table boasts an elegant triple moulded “piecrust” shaped rim. The top is inset with stunning bookmarked quarter section figured walnut veneers. Further below, the apron features a simple beaded frieze. Four cabriole legs, which feature acanthus leaf carvings to the knees and terminate on four refined pad feet, support the table. This vintage coffee table is unique and quirky with a rich walnut colour it would be an ideal interior decorators’ item.
This coffee table boasts a rich figured walnut colour. It has a fantastic colour and patination this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received.
This item would look superb in a variety of rooms, specifically the living room. This item would certainly grace any home and is a great investment, as it’s an extremely functional item. So don't miss out on your chance to own a lovely piece of antique furniture.
Condition Report:
This coffee table is in excellent condition. There is an excellent colour and patination to the top of the coffee table. The table legs are constructed of solid walnut and top boasts stunning bookmarked quarter section figured walnut veneers. The “pie crust” moulding to the rim is in excellent condition with no damage or missing mouldings. Nominal old used marks to the leading edges but nothing significant considering the age of the item. There are no breaks to the top or legs of the table. This item is solid in joint (does not wobble) and ready to use.
