A very good 19th century queen Anne style burr walnut lowboy or writing table. Well constructed in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. The top is fitted with a sumptuous green leather writing surface surrounded by feather and dart inlay. With a series of 3 drawers also with feather and dart inlay and fitted with their original solid brass handles. All standing on elegant cabriole legs with carved detailing to the knees and terminating in charming slipper feet. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition. With a good colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.
