This is an attractive and good quality antique Queen Anne burr walnut oval coffee table, circa 1920, in excellent original condition.

Description:
This is an attractive and good quality antique Queen Anne burr walnut oval coffee table, circa 1920, in excellent original condition. The table features a floral carved moulded rim to the top, with stunning quarter sections of burr walnut veneer, with a simple beaded frieze to the apron below. Four cabriole legs, which feature acanthus leaf carvings to the knees and terminate on four refined pad feet, support the table. This vintage coffee table is unique and quirky with a mellow walnut colour it would be an ideal interior decorators’ item.
This coffee table boasts a mellow burr walnut colour. It has a fantastic colour and patination this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received.

This coffee table is in good original condition. There is an excellent colour and patination to the timber. The top of the table is constructed with top quality burr walnut veneers, which boast a stunning grain configuration. It has a fantastic colour and patination this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges but nothing significant considering the age of the item. The item is well constructed, solid in joint (does not wobble) and is ready to be used.
