This is a delightful early 20th century Japanese Lacquer Chest with the most attractive hand painted floral designs with birds in foliage in beautiful colours.

The chest is a fine size for a coffee table of useful storage chest and is in lovely condition. It has its original metalware hasp and carrying handles in excellent order. The chest measures 66 cms by 43 cms by 34 cms high.
