Pretty inlaid mahogany writing table circa 1910 with an inset green leather writing surface and an unusual hinged lidded top arrangement, to reveal fitted stationary and letter compartments with two working drawers and one faux drawer, complete with satinwood crossbanding all complimented by the original elegant brass swan neck handles, standing on string inlaid taper supports terminating on spade feet.

A handsome desk,pleasing proportions and is stylish, well made and a highly functional item.
