Pr Geo Jones Pate-sur-Pate Chargers signed Schenk
This Fine Pair of Frederick Schenk Pate-Sur-Pate Chargers, one of which is signed Schenk to the bottom edge, were made by George Jones of Stoke-on-Trent around 1880. They are both marked to the base.
The delicate and refined pate-sur-pate decoration, set against the dark, olive ground, is beautiful.
The Chargers are in good condition with no cracks, chips or restoration.
