A vintage panelled oak blanket box or coffer dating from circa 1920s-1930s. With geometric panels to the front, sides, top and back it stands on short cabriole feet. The hinged lid lifts to reveal a large amount of storage space to the inside. In well-figured oak (the panels are plywood) with good colour and patina. Would make a good blanket chest, storage box or coffee table.
