Pair Of Wall Mounted Demi Lune Console Tables
Good pair c19th of solid mahogany Georgian "Adams" style wall mounted demi lune console antique tables.
Simple and elegant in their style and a rich mahogany finish. The tops have a moulded edge and are supported by square tapering legs adorned with classical garlands and flaming torch columns.
Both are in good condition with just some of the usual age related marks to the tops, but both have been well cleaned and beeswax polished.
Well proportioned so you can place perhaps a good size table lamp to the centre of each or a suitable pair of mirrors above, although the examples I have shown aren't quite right, but they will give you an idea!
The antique tables will be supplied with hidden brass fittings to secure to your wall.
Measuring:
30 1/2 inches or 77.5 cm high
45 1/2 inches or 115.5 cm wide
17 1/4 inches or 44 cm deep Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
