Pair of Victorian Pottery Vases by F.D. Bradley
This unusual pair of antique pottery vases are both stamped 'Bradley' on the bottom. We believe the maker to be late Victorian Staffordshire maker F.D. Bradley. The vases are not identical as the pattern on the bodies differ, and please be aware that they do have some damage (one more so than the other). They have vine and grape decoration around the tops, patterned bodies, and shaped tops. One is also stamped 'patent'.
Condition: Overall in fair condition with some wear and damage. They have some manufacturing imperfections as might be expected, and are overall grubby with age. Both vases have some chipping and damage, but this is worse to one vase than the other where several of the vine leaves are broken with significant loss. The other vase also has some losses and some signs of re-gluing to the leaves.
The approx. measurements are as follows:
23cm high. Further images are available. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. Viewing is welcome, but please contact us before travelling as we are only open by appointment.
We can arrange delivery of both smaller items and furniture - please contact us for details and a quote. Customers are also welcome to use their own couriers if preferred.
Payment can be made by PayPal, bank transfer, cheque [UK only], and cash on collection.
