Outstanding pair of 19th century Victorian antique mahogany inlaid armchairs having unusual beautifully shaped top rails with a quality satinwood inlaid panel. They boast a pretty heart shaped carved centre splatt to the back. The open arms are wonderfully shaped, carved and inlaid. The serpentine seats have been newly reupholstered in a stylish quality fabric. They stand on elegant shaped cabriole legs with pad feet to the front and outswept legs to the back.

This delightfully designed pair are in fabulous condition and are a magnificent example of workmanship of the Victorian period.
