Circa 1880 with alterations, pair of Victorian figured walnut chest of drawers in a neat size. The rectangular figured walnut tops with canted corners and moulded rim sit above the chests which have four ash-lined, graduated drawers with unusual raised burr walnut panels to their fronts and finely turned wooden knobs and wooden escutcheons. They are all standing on an enclosed plinth base with simple mouldings.
