Pair of Quality Carved Burr Walnut Single Beds
c.1920
These are an antique pair of fine quality carved burr walnut single beds, in the Queen Anne style. They have shaped burr walnut headboards with fantastic quality leaf and foliage carving. The footboards have carved solid walnut shaped scrolls each side and lovely carved walnut shells in the centre. They stand on solid walnut carved claw and ball feet with shell carving on knees, with original bed irons. Very elegant with fantastic colour and condition.
