These are a delightful pair of small olive wood candlesticks. They date to the early part of the twentieth Century and were made in Jerusalem at Bazalel Academy of Design which was founded in 1906.

The candlesticks are beautifully turned on natural branch bases with fine turned screws.

The candlesticks show the patina of age. Minor age cracking to base.

The candlesticks are 5 inches (13 cm) high.
