A large pair of silk embroidery panels with padded "stumpwork" giving a 3D effect. They are very decorative and a good size.

They are mounted on wood panels and encased in gilt frames which appear to be 19th century European. The delicate silk has some wear on the side of the panel depicting the woman with the crane.

The overall size of each frame is 73 cm x 57 cm
