A charming pair of antique Georgian country chairs with fan shaped back splats, drop in seats, on square legs supported by stretchers. Substantial and sturdy chairs with lots of charm and character. The drop in seats have been newly recovered over the existing upholstery which is in fair condition. Dating from circa the late 18th to early 19th Century.

Mahogany
Condition Report:
Wear and marks commensurate with age. Fairly solid sturdy frames. Splits and old mends to the front legs (see photos). The drop in seats have been newly recovered over the existing upholstery which is in fair condition. Some old worm holes to the back of the seat rails which have been treated with worm killer as a precaution.
