This is a fine quality pair of French Louis XVI style oak bedside cabinets, circa 1920, in excellent original condition.

Description:
This is a superb quality pair of French Louis XVI style bedside cabinets, circa 1920, in excellent original condition. Boasting an elegant serpentine design, these bedsides feature a shaped gallery around the top, with a single oak lined drawer below which incorporates the original brass knobs. The drawers have been constructed with fine hand dovetail joints and include an elegant shaped frieze. Below is an open cabinet area, ideal for storing books and other small items. The bedsides sit on four elegant cabriole legs.
These bedsides feature a mellow mid-brown oak colour. As they boast the original polish, they have a fantastic colour and patination this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received.
These bedsides would look superb in a variety of rooms, such as the living room or bedroom. The bedsides would certainly grace any home and are a great investment, as they are extremely functional. So don’t miss out on your chance to own a lovely piece of antique furniture.

These bedside cabinets are in excellent original condition. Nominal old use to the leading edges but nothing significant considering the age of the item. The tops are free from any marks or water stains. The drawers are smooth running and close flush to the frame they also feature the original brass knobs. Nominal old use marks inside the drawers. These besides are solid in joint and ready to use.

We offer free delivery to mainland England, Wales, and Southern Scotland (anywhere south of Stirling). We do not offer free delivery to locations north of Stirling in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or any British Islands off the mainland for example, the Isle of Man, Isle of White and Channel Islands. Delivery times are usually 1-4 weeks depending on location we aim to deliver the majority of items within 2 weeks. All items are professionally packaged and fully insured in transit, therefore, we can assure you, your items will be securely protected in transit and arrive safely with you.
Once you have purchased an item, we will contact you be email and/or telephone and provide you with a provisional delivery date, in order for you to confirm if it is suitable for you. Once you have confirmed you can accept delivery on the provisional delivery date, we will book the delivery in with our shippers and it then becomes a confirmed delivery date.

A free 14-day “no quibble” returns policy (from the date you receive the item) is available if you are not happy with this item.
