A superb pair of 19th century Chinese plant stands or lamp antique tables, beautifully crafted in solid hardwood in excellent antique condition. Each features a petal-shaped top with a finely carved beaded edge, inset with beautifully variegated pink marble inserts that echo the organic form of the design. Beneath the top, the shaped apron is enriched with a deeply carved foliated frieze on all sides, showcasing exceptional carving skill and lively decorative rhythm. The antique tables are supported by four square-cut legs with crisply carved detailing, united below by an elegant X-form stretcher—adding both structural integrity and visual harmony. With their rich colour, graceful form, and refined ornamentation, these versatile pieces offer striking character and timeless elegance, whether used as accent tables, display stands, or statement pieces in any interior.
