A very decorative, heavy quality pair of brass Girandole wall mirrors. These have their original bevelled mirror plates which are in excellent condition and are surrounded by very decorative, intricately pierced, shaped frames, each mirror has three removable candle sconces. They are inscribed on the back W.T. & S. The initials of William Tonks and Sons, a very respected company that operated in the 19th cent. These mirrors are in excellent original condition. Sizes given are overall: 11 ½ “(29cms) wide, 7 ½ “(19cms) deep, 21”(53cms) high. Date circa 1880. I have reluctantly decided that after 60 years spent in this marvellous business it is, figuratively speaking, time to hang up my cheque book. I have therefore made considerable reductions to the prices of most of my stock. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if any items are of interest. Deliveries carried at as normal.
