Pair of Ash and Elm Low Windsors Rockley Maker
An Attractive pair of Low Back Windsor Armchairs in Ash with an Elm seat, crinolin stretchers and three turned leg rings, most probably made by Fred Walker or George Nicholson of Rockley a tiny hamlet noted for Windsor chair makers in Nottinghamshire close to Retford. The condition is very good with a pleasing colour and patina.
