Pair of Arts & Crafts Clissett Ash Armchairs
A pair of ash 'Clissett' rush seated armchairs. Designed by Ernest Gimson after Philip Clissett c.1904. Turned & pegged construction with scored lines to indicate the position of the joints and were probably made by Edward Gardiner during the 1920's. We also have a set of six matchng 'Clissett' side chairs available.
