A Victorian watercolour of "The Blind Beggar" by Joseph Laurentius Dyckmans in very good quality. This painting is a faithful and well executed copy circa approximately 1860. The frame is original and has been painted white at a later date. The original is in an Antwerp museum and was painted in 1852.
